Copper prices have been falling for six years in a row. Cost at copper mines will fall further, but more slowly.

Higher ore grade will help reduce cost when copper prices fall. But copper ore grade at world’s largest mines decreased remarkably over the past few years. So, the grade factor actually added to cost at copper mines.
