Peru Copper Output Keeps Rising in March 2017

Cpper output in Peru expanded 1.2% YoY to 189,390 tonnes, and totaled 563,989 tonnes in the first quarter of the year.

SHANGHAI, May 26 (SMM) – In March 2017, copper output in Peru expanded 1.2% YoY to 189,390 tonnes, and totaled 563,989 tonnes in the first quarter of the year, reported by mofcom.gov.cn.  

8 regions in Peru registered year-on-year growth in copper output, with Apurímac Region recording the most at 174.6% YoY.
