SHFE 1706 zinc opened at RMB 21,730/mt today and then edged down to RMB 21,680/mt.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 27 (SMM) – SHFE 1706 zinc opened at RMB 21,730/mt today and then edged down to RMB 21,680/mt. During the second session, hovered around RMB 21,730/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1706 zinc fluctuated around RMB 21,730/mt, and closed at RMB 21,750/mt, up RMB 155/mt or 0.72%.

Trading volumes on SHFE 1706 zinc decreased 134,000 to 553,000 lots, and positions decreased 8,714 to 301,000. Positions on SHFE 1707 zinc grew 5,512 to 191,300. SHFE 1706 zinc is expected to hover at current level this evening.
