Huludao Zinc Sees 48.07% Rise in Profit in 2016, with Zinc Business Improving

According to Huludao Zinc Industry Co.’s earnings report in 2016, its profit was 134 million yuan, up 48.07% year-on-year.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 20 (SMM) - According to Huludao Zinc Industry Co.’s earnings report in 2016, its profit was 134 million yuan, up 48.07% year-on-year.

The company produced 303,000 tonnes of nonferrous metals last year.

Profit from zinc ingot rose 25.87% year-on-year to 321 million yuan, and that from hot galvanizing was 252 million yuan, a rise of 2.78% on a yearly basis.
