Rare earth prices in China, which have been performing well of late, will extend ongoing upward momentum in the short term, cnmn.com expects.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 19 (SMM) – Rare earth prices in China, which have been performing well of late, will extend ongoing upward momentum in the short term, cnmn.com expects.

A majority of market players see a good chance for rare earth prices to continue rising on the back of favorable policies in the first half of this year.

China Rare Earth Exports Surge in March

There is no reason for rare earth prices to fall, given current tightness in market supply. Large rare earth producers are holding offers firm.
