Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium announced to approve its wholly-owned subsidiary GFL International to buy no more than 13.8% stake of RIM with no more than $ 96 million.

SHANGHAI, Apr. 10 (SMM) – Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium announced to approve its wholly-owned subsidiary GFL International to buy no more than 13.8% stake of RIM with no more than $ 96 million.

The company shares in RIM will increase to 56.9% from 43.1% after acquisition.
