SHANGHAI, Apr. 6 (SMM) – SHFE 1705 zinc opened at RMB 22,960/mt today, and then edged up to RMB 23,170/mt with longs leaving the market, reaching RMB 23,170/mt. At the end of trading, SHFE 1705 zinc fell slightly and closed at RMB 23,075/mt, up RMB 15/mt or 0.07%.

Trading volumes on SHFE 1705 zinc increased 53,818 to 230,000, and positions increased 3,510 to 193,000. TSHFE 1705 zinc is expected to test support from the 2-day moving average this evening.
