SHFE Tin Prices down 0.15% (2017-3-24)

SHFE 1705 tin opened at RMB 146,380/mt and closed at RMB 146,330/mt, down RMB 220/mt or 0.15%.
SHANGHAI, Mar. 24 (SMM) – On Thursday’s night trading, SHFE 1705 tin rallied from lows, up to as high as RMB 146,860/mt, but was still below the 60-day moving average. The contract closed at RMB 146,520/mt.
On Friday, SHFE 1705 tin opened at RMB 146,380/mt and then fluctuated narrowly at around RMB 146,300/mt. The contract finally closed at RMB 146,330/mt, down RMB 220/mt or 0.15%. Trading volumes increased 340 to 14,316 lots and positions rose 118 to 13,076. Market will pay attention on Trump’s medical reform. US’s Federal Reserve’s Chairwoman Yellen didn’t release any comment on monetary policy.
SHFE 1705 tin will move at RMB 145,000-148,000/mt.
