SHANGHAI, Mar. 24 (SMM) – China’s newly added aluminum capacity is expected to reach 8 milion tonnes during 2017-2018, said an SMM aluminum analyst at the SMM 2017 Copper & Aluminum Summit.

About 2 million tonnes of aluminum capacity may exit the market.
