SHFE 1705 aluminum started at RMB 13,830/mt and closed at RMB 13,835/mt.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 23 (SMM) – On Thursday, SHFE 1705 aluminum started at RMB 13,830/mt and then dipped quickly to RMB 13,735/mt with shorts strengthening. Later, the contract rallied with positions opening by longs. During the afternoon trading, SHFE 1705 aluminum advanced to RMB 13,910/mt and then fluctuated at around the 20-day moving average. The contract closed at RMB 13,835/mt. Trading volumes were up to 363,300 lots and positions were down 1,792 to 294,422.

SHFE 1705 aluminum will keep fluctuating at around the moving averages on Thursday’s night trading.
