SHFE Amends Zinc Contract Enforcement Regulations

SHANGHAI, Mar. 20 (SMM) - The Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) revised the Standard Zinc Futures Contract of Shanghai Futures Exchange and the Delivery Regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange in terms of delivery grades and contract name, according to the bourse’s website.

After amendment, trading unit is 5 tonnes per lot for zinc futures contract, and delivery unit is 25 tonnes per warrant. Delivery must be made at integral multiples of each warrant.

The amendment will come into force March 27, 2017.
