US Silver production decrease 3 percent m/m

United States mines produced 96,400 kilograms of silver during the month of November last year , a 3 percent decrease compared with revised October’s production.

NEW YORK (Scrap Register): United States mines produced 96,400 kilograms of silver during the month of November last year , a 3 percent decrease compared with revised October’s production and a slight increase compared with that in November 2015, as per the latest figures from the U.S. Geological Survey.
Based on unrounded data, the average daily silver production in November 2016 was 3,200 kg, which consistent with October 2016 and another 7 % increase from the full-year 2015 daily average of 2,990 kg.
The average monthly Engelhard silver price, which had trended upward from January through July, decreased slightly for the fourth consecutive month to $ 17.41 per troy ounce in November.
The daily price ranged between a low of $ 16.43 per ounce on November 23 and a high of $ 18.65 per troy ounce on November 10. The trends in monthly silver prices (high, low, and average) from November 2014 through November 2016.
