Chalco plans to invest 2 billion yuan in rare earth project in Baotou.

SHANGHAI, Mar. 1 (SMM) – Chalco plans to invest 2 billion yuan in rare earth project in Baotou.

The company will produce rare earth metals and permanent magnetic materials and build deep processing production lines and produce catalyst and other functional materials.

Chalco will also construct rare earth permanent magnet machine production lines.
