SHANGHAI, Feb. 24 (SMM) - Henan Yicheng New Energy planned to buy a 100% stake in Jiangxi LDK Solar Hi-Tech and Xinyu LDK Solar Hi-Tech through equity issue and cash payment previously.

However, the company announced on February 23 night to stop the acquisition after friendly negotiation with other dealing parties.

Changes of objective environment and regulatory policy were attributed as the main factors behind the decision.
