SHANGHAI, Jan. 26 (SMM) - Chile-based Antofagasta CEO said January 25 copper prices to be solidly supported at $2.40-2.70 per tonne, according to wenhua.com.
LME copper surged 18% in 2016. But China’s demand is still uncertain, which constrained price forecast for copper in 2017. China’s copper consumption claims 20% of world’s copper output.
