SHANGHAI, Jan. 24 (SMM) – SHFE 1703 aluminum started at RMB 13,700/mt and then fluctuated at around RMB 13,740/mt, up to as highs as RMB 13,740/mt and down as low as RMB 13,670/mt. Trading volumes fell 252,000 to 224,188 and positions dropped 22,314 to 272,582.

SHEF 1703 aluminum will hover narrowly at highs for the short term.
