SHFE 1703 zinc opened at RMB 22,305/mt today, and surged to RMB 22,900/mt, moving in RMB 80/mt range. SHFE 1703 zinc closed at RMB 22,815/mt, up RMB 460/mt or 2.06%.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 23 (SMM) – SHFE 1703 zinc opened at RMB 22,305/mt today, and surged to RMB 22,900/mt, moving in RMB 80/mt range. SHFE 1703 zinc closed at RMB 22,815/mt, up RMB 460/mt or 2.06%.

Trading volumes decreased 11,642 lots to 611,000 lots, and positions increased 2,714 to 183,000. SHFE 1703 zinc is expected to remain range-bound in the evening session.
