China Minmetals Posts 4.1 Yuan Profit in 2016

China Minmetals posted 4.1 yuan in profit in 2016, with business revalue totaling 440.2 billion yuan, up 17.9 billion yuan year-on-year, it said on its website.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 18 (SMM) - China Minmetals posted 4.1 yuan in profit in 2016, with business revalue totaling 440.2 billion yuan, up 17.9 billion yuan year-on-year, it said on its website.

Its subsidiary MMG produced over 500,000 tonnes of copper in 2016, the highest among Asia-based peers.

Its Las Bambas copper mine produced 330,000 tonnes of copper in 2016.
