China Puts World’s First Nonferrous Metals Slag Recycling Line into Production

The world’s first nonferrous metals slag recycling line developed by Beijing Shenwu Environment & Energy Technology Corp. came online recently, SMM reported.

SHANGHAI, Jan. 3 (SMM) - The world’s first nonferrous metals slag recycling line developed by Beijing Shenwu Environment & Energy Technology Corp. came online recently, SMM reported.

The first phase of the project was invested 1.08 billion, with annual copper tailings processing capacity of 800,000 tonne per year. It will yield 276,000 tonnes of iron lump and 34,000 tonnes of zinc oxide powder each year, and will create 210 million yuan of profit after tax.
