SHANGHAI, Nov. 29 (SMM) – SHFE 1701 zinc fell from RMB 24,200/mt after opening to RMB 23,650/mt after opening. In the afternoon, SHFE 1701 zinc hovered around RMB 23,820/mt, and closed at RMB 23,780/mt, up RMB 85/mt or 0.36%. Trading volumes increased 359,000 lots to 875,000 lots, and positions decreased 48,842 to 166,000. Trading volumes on SHFE zinc increased 641,000 lots to 1.40 million lots, and positions decreased 22,560 to 463,000. SHFE 1701 zinc is expected to fall further in the evening session.
