SHANGHAI, Nov. 28 (SMM) – European Central Bank president Mario Draghi will deliver introductory statement this evening. LME zinc reported a 6-day winning streak and will remain high between USD 2,820-2,900/mt today, and SHFE 1701 zinc should fluctuate between RMB 23,400-24,000/mt today, with spot premiums of RMB 0-40/mt against SHFE 1701 zinc.
