News reported 10:00 p.m. (Beijing time) on Nov. 15 that CML will be acquired by Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 16 (SMM) – News reported 10:00 p.m. (Beijing time) on Nov. 15 that CML will be acquired by Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group.

The Chinese company will buy all stocks and assets of the Australian mining firm, according to the news.
