CITIC Dicastal broke ground on its large-scale aluminum wheel project in Hunan province on November 5.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 14 (SMM) –CITIC Dicastal broke ground on its large-scale aluminum wheel project in Hunan province on November 5.

The project, with total investment at 5 billion, will produce 12 million pieces of aluminum wheels per year and 40,000 tonnes of aluminum castings.
