Base Metals to Keep Advancing, SMM Says

Base metal prices on the SHFE are expected to keep firm on Thursday, Shanghai Metals Market foresees. 

SHANGHAI, Nov. 10 (SMM) –Base metal prices on the SHFE are expected to keep firm on Thursday, Shanghai Metals Market foresees. 

“On Thursday, base metal market will remain bullish, and market focus will turn to US’s December rate meeting after presidential election,” SMM says. 

Copper: 42,800-43,500 yuan per tonne
Aluminum: 13,850-14,150 yuan per tonne
Lead: 16,950-17,150 yuan per tonne
Zinc: 20,000-20,400 yuan per tonne
Tin: 148,000-152,000 yuan per tonne
Nickel: 92,000-95,000 yuan per tonne

Note: Prices all above are for most-actively traded contract on the SHFE.
