Peru Copper Ore Output Rises in September, Zinc Output down

Peru’s copper production increased in September, but zinc output dropped, according to the country’s official data.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 8 (SMM) - Peru’s copper production increased in September, but zinc output dropped, according to the country’s official data.

Peru’s copper ore output increased 35% year-on-year to 199,537 tonnes in September, while production of zinc decreased 11% year-on-year to 115,870 tonnes.
