SHFE 1701 zinc weakened to RMB 19,810/mt after opening, and then rose to RMB 19,990/mt.

SHANGHAI, Nov. 8 (SMM) – SHFE 1701 zinc weakened to RMB 19,810/mt after opening, and then rose to RMB 19,990/mt. Ferrous metals slumped as domestic futures exchanges raised trading fees. This dragged down SHFE 1701 zinc to RMB 19,765/mt and closing at RMB 19,865/mt, up RMB 15/mt or 0.08%. Trading volumes decreased 79,902 to 403,000 lots, and positions decreased 11,114 to 268,000. SHFE 1701 zinc to fluctuate at highs this evening.
