Scrap Gold and Platinum Prices Rise, Silver unchanged on 31st Oct, 2016

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): The daily scrap gold and platinum prices - hallmarked and non- hallmarked were up on Monday, 31^st October on the ScrapMonster Price Index. However, the prices of Silver scrap held steady over the day.

In the Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 4.71 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap also went higher by $ 6.04 per Oz and $ 7.38 per Oz respectively. 9 carat gold scrap prices increased by $ 3.02 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap increased by $ 1.45 per Oz to reach $ 708.70 per Oz. Silver scrap prices remained flat at $ 14.49 per Oz.

In the Non-Hallmarked category, the 14 carat gold scrap prices went higher by $ 4.46 per Oz. The prices of 18 carat and 22 carat gold scrap too went up by $ 5.71 and $ 6.97 per Oz respectively.9 carat gold scrap also increased by $ 2.86 per Oz. The price of Platinum scrap witnessed up move of $ 1.45 per Oz to reach $ 708.70 per Oz. Silver scrap prices remained unchanged over the day.
