SHANGHAI, Oct. 27 (SMM) - Output of China’s 10 nonferrous metals increased 0.9% year-on-year to 38.64 million tonnes in the first nine months of the year, wenhua.com reported.
Copper, lead and alumina output grew 8.4%, 6.6% and 0.4% year-on-year, respectively, to 6.22 million tonnes, 3.19 million tonnes and 44.09 million tonnes.
Refined aluminum and zinc production decreased 1.4% and 0.1% year-on-year, to 23.44 million tonnes and 4.62 million tonnes.
