Japan Copper Exports Slid 14.3% in August

Japan’s Ministry of Finance reported September 29 refined copper and cathode copper exports slid 14.3% year-on-year to 56,939,291 kg in August, according to wenhua.com.

SHANGHAI, Sep. 29 (SMM) - Japan’s Ministry of Finance reported September 29 refined copper and cathode copper exports slid 14.3% year-on-year to 56,939,291 kg in August, according to wenhua.com.

Refined copper exports include cathode copper, copper billet and others.

Refined copper exports to China were 26,872,903 kg in August, down 11.1% year-on-year, and exports of cathode copper to China also fell 11.1% year-on-year to 26,720,436 kg.
