Marginal decline seen in North American copper scrap prices 27th Sep, 2016

The North American copper scrap prices declined marginally on Tuesday, September 27th.

MONTREAL (Scrap Monster): The North American copper scrap prices edged marginally lower onScrapMonster Price Index  as on September 27th, Tuesday.

The price of Alternator scrap remained unchanged over the previous day. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing declined by $0.02 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also down by $0.02 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright too went lower by $ 0.02 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery witnessed downfall of $0.01 per Lb over the previous day. #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery prices remained unchanged on Index. #3 Copper-Light copper prices dropped by $0.02 per Lb to reach $1.72 per Lb.

The prices of Copper Radiator scrap declined marginally by $0.01 per Lb. Copper Transformer Scrap prices remained unchanged. CuYokes prices too witnessed no change from the previous day. Cu/Al Radiator Ends saw no change over the previous day. The prices of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe dropped by $0.01 per Lb each on September 27th, 2016.

Harness Wire 35% Recovery and Heater cores prices witnessed marginal decline of $0.01 per Lb each.

The price of Romex Wire too dropped by $0.01 per Lb when matched with the previous day.

The prices of Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas Lights maintained the previous day price levels.
