China Xingye Mining Gets Approval for M & A, Adding to Zinc, Silver Reserves

China-based Xingye Mining Co. got approval for acquiring two companies which significantly adds to its zinc and siliver reserves, according to chinastock.com.

SHANGHAI, Sep. 28 (SMM) - China-based Xingye Mining Co. got approval for acquiring two companies which significantly adds to its zinc and siliver reserves, according to chinastock.com.

Xingye Mining Co. bought a 100% stake in Yinman Mining Co. and Qianjinda Mining Co. After the M & A, its zinc reserves will add over 900,000 tonnes.

The two companies have 9,446.38 tonnes and 714.75 tonnes of silver reserves, respectively.
