Lead imports transit China’s Lianyungang Port posted month-on-month gains in August.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 22 (SMM) –Lead imports transit China’s Lianyungang Port posted month-on-month gains in August, based on www.chinaccm.

The imports totaled 72,100 tonnes in August, worth $ 73 million, growing 159.35% and 151.72% respectively, both on a monthly basis.

Lead imports via the port accounted for 44.04% of total imports in China in the first seven months and the imports in August brought the figure to near 50%.
