SHANGHAI, Sep. 9 (SMM) - US Commerce Department announced September 2 imports of cathode copper were 67,463,694 kg in July, while exports were 3,531,527 kg, both up from June, wenhua.com reports.
Russian Copper Exports Slid Jan.-Jul., Aluminum, Nickel Exports up
Copper imports in the first seven months of this year totaled 375,520,904 kg, with exports of 94,652,067 kg.
The country’s imports of unwrought non-alloy nickel were 5,634,873 kg in July, down from June, and 56,780,507 kg during January-July.
Nickel exports in July were 267,910 kg, also down from June, and 3,402,798 kg in the first seven months of the year.
