Stainless steel mills near Hangzhou are expected to suspend production from late August for the upcoming G20 Summit, Shanghai Metals Market reports.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 23 (SMM) – Stainless steel mills near Hangzhou are expected to suspend production from late August for the upcoming G20 Summit, Shanghai Metals Market reports. 

The suspension is estimated to last until after the summit, to be held on Sept. 4-5, and will affect supply of #200 and #300 stainless steel products, SMM says.
