SHANGHAI, Aug. 22 (SMM) - Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Statistics shows the province’s output of 10 nonferrous metals was 308,000 tonnes in the first seven months of the year, a drop of 17.8% year-on-year, according to guangyuanol.cn.
Sichuan produced 159,000 tonnes of aluminum, down 28.8% year-on-year. Copper semis output totaled 45,000 tonnes in the same period, a rise of 11.2% year-on-year. Aluminum semis production rose 12.1% year-on-year to 553,000 tonnes.
