An increasing number of domestic tire producers cut their production due to recent high temperatures, SMM reports.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 5 (SMM) – An increasing number of domestic tire producers cut their production due to recent high temperatures, SMM reports.

Meanwhile, Chinese tire producers witnessed weakening exports.

Prices for indirect zinc oxide, raw material of tire, were 16,800-17,300 yuan per tonne this past week.
