SHFE Zinc to Strengthen (2016-8-4)

UK’s manufacturing PMI fell sharply.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 4 (SMM) – UK’s manufacturing PMI fell sharply. The market expects the Bank of England to lower interest rate by 25 basis points. LME zinc is expected to rebound to USD 2,270-2,300/mt today. SHFE 1610 zinc should fluctuate between RMB 17,200-17,500/mt today, and spot #0 zinc prices will trade RMB 50-20/mt below SHFE 1609 zinc.
