NFC Discovers Vast Ore Reserves in Mongolia with 498,000 tonnes of Zinc

China NFC’s Mongolia Xindu Mining Co. recently discovered additional 4.65 million tonnes of ore reserves under mining right in Inner Mongolia, with 498,000 tonnes of zinc, according to ifeng.com.

SHANGHAI, Aug. 2 (SMM) - China NFC’s Mongolia Xindu Mining Co. recently discovered additional 4.65 million tonnes of ore reserves under mining right in Inner Mongolia, with 498,000 tonnes of zinc, according to ifeng.com.

The company found 1.37 million tonnes of ore reserves in open-pit operation over the past four years, with 188,000 tonnes of zinc and average grade of 13.77%. The mine’s service life thus increases 3 years.
