SHANGHAI, Jul. 21 (SMM) – One large Chinese nickel producer started to construction its NPI project in North Maluku, Indonesia from Jul. 20, Shanghai Metals Market reports.

The project, with designed annual capacity of 30,000 tonnes (Ni content), is expected to come online in late 2018, and will employ RKEF production technology.
