Jiangsu Stainless Steel Mill Raises NPI Purchase Price, SMM Reports

One stainless steel mill in Jiangsu raised the procurement price for high-grade NPI by 10 yuan per mtu over this past week, Shanghai Metals Market reported.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 15 (SMM) – One stainless steel mill in Jiangsu raised the procurement price for high-grade NPI by 10 yuan per mtu over this past week, Shanghai Metals Market reported. 

The purchase price was at 810-820 yuan per mtu (price to factory, cash, including tax), and the mill had purchased around 4,500 tonnes of NPI as of early Friday, and planned to purchase more, SMM learns.
