SHANGHAI, Jul. 12 (SMM) – Shenzhen’s Longhua New District recently closed down eight battery enterprises, based on gd.qq.com.
This came after a fire accident in Shenzhen Rexpower Electronics Co. on July 10. Then, the Safety Supervision Office in the district started investigating 115 battery producers and battery storing enterprises to eliminate security vulnerabilities.
Of the 115 enterprises, 20 are battery producers. And a total of 8 battery firms were closed.
