Hanzhong Zinc Industry’s Zinc Output Hit All-Time High in H1 2016

SHANGHAI, Jul. 12 (SMM) - Hanzhong Zinc Industry Co.’s zinc ingot output rose 8.22% year-on-year to hit a record high in the first half of the year, completing 58.48% of its annual production target, cnmn.com reports.

Zinc ingot sales increased 25.26% year-on-year, completing 64.20% of annual sales target. Meanwhile, power consumption in per tonne of zinc production decreased 2.3% year-on-year, with cost down 3.4% year-on-year.

Its sulfuric acid output reached 53.67% of annual target during the same period. Output rate of #0 sheet zinc was up 4.5% year-on-year. Sales revenue reached 54.74% of annual target, up 6.25% year-on-year.
