Chinese copper scrap prices slide on Index 1st July, 2016

BEIJING (Scrap Monster):  The Chinese copper scrap prices witnessed marginal downfall on ScrapMonster Price Index  as on Friday, July 1st.

#1 Copper Bare Bright prices were down by CNY 250 per MT over the previous day. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing and #2 Copper Wire and Tubing too dropped by CNY 250 per MT each.

#1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery prices declined by CNY 100 per MT to touch CNY 26,650 per MT. The price of #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery too dropped by CNY 100 per MT over the previous day.

Copper Transformer and Cu Yokes prices remained flat over the previous day.

Cu/Al Radiator scrap prices witnessed marginal decline of CNY 100 per MT over the day. Harness Wire 35% Recovery prices held steady.

Heater Cores prices were down by CNY 100 per MT on Friday, July 1st.

Meantime, Scrap Electric Motors and Sealed Units prices remained unchanged when compared with the previous day.
