North American copper scrap prices decline marginally 6th July, 2016

The North American copper scrap prices declined marginally on Wednesday, July 6th.

MONTREAL (Scrap Monster): The North American copper scrap prices edged marginally lower onScrapMonster Price Index  as on Wednesday, July 6th, 2016.

The price of Alternator scrap remained unchanged over the previous day. The price of #1 Copper Wire and Tubing declined by $0.02 per Lb. #2 Copper Wire and Tubing prices were also down by $0.02 per Lb. The price of #1 Copper Bare Bright too went lower by $ 0.02 per Lb.

The prices of #1 Insulated Copper Wire 85% Recovery dropped marginally by $0.01 per Lb over the previous day. #2 Insulated Copper Wire 50% Recovery prices remained flat. #3 Copper-Light copper prices dropped by $0.02 per Lb to reach $1.73 per Lb.

The prices of Copper Radiator scrap held flat from previous day’s levels. Copper Transformer Scrap prices remained unchanged. CuYokes prices too witnessed no change from the previous day. Cu/Al Radiator Ends witnessed no change over the previous day. Meanwhile, the prices of Cu/Al Radiators and Cu/Al Radiators/Fe were flat on July 6th, 2016.

Harness Wire 35% Recovery and Heater cores prices remained flat over the day.

The price of Romex Wire held steady when matched with the previous day.

The prices of Scrap Electric Motors, Sealed units, Starters and Xmas Lights maintained the previous day price levels.
