SHANGHAI, Jul. 1 (SMM) – China’s manganese ore imports rose considerably in May from April, with South Africa beating Australia as top supplier.
Inbound shipments were 1.58 million tonnes in May, up from April’s 1.35 million tonnes, Customs data showed.
Imports from South Africa were 666,491 tonnes, followed by 376,065 tonnes from Australia.
