Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Jun. 28 (SMM) – Output of China’s iron ore ROM is expected to fall slightly in June, Shanghai Metals Market foresees.
China’s ROM output was 107.5 million tonnes in May, up 4.88 per cent from April, but down 8.6 per cent year-on-year, according to data from China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
“The rise in month-on-month output is due mainly to production restarts at some mines in May, despite of falling prices,” SMM iron ore analyst points out.
