China Minmetals Corp signed a term copper purchase contract worth $ 3 billion with KGHM Polska Miedz SA June 20, xinhuanet.com reports.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 24 (SMM) - China Minmetals Corp signed a term copper purchase contract worth $ 3 billion with KGHM Polska Miedz SA June 20, xinhuanet.com reports.

The two companies have remained in cooperation for 20 consecutive years. Minmetals tops importing countries of Poland.

Minmetals imported over 810,000 tonnes of refined copper from the country as of late 2015.
