South Korea Likely to Launch Anti-Dumping Probe into Chinese Aluminum Product

South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission wrote to China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) that it received applications from domestic companies on May 31 to launch anti-dumping investigations.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 20 (SMM) –South Korea’s Fair Trade Commission wrote to China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) that it received applications from domestic companies on May 31 to launch anti-dumping investigations into pre-coated sensitive aluminum plate imported from China, the MOC said on its website. 

South Korea HS code for the products in question is 3701.30.9100. South Korea said it will decide within two months as to whether to start the investigation.
