SHANGHAI, Jun. 7 (SMM) - Hanzhong Zinc Industry Co. completed 48.11% of annual zinc production target in the first five months of this year, and industrial sulfuric acid output reached 44.96% of annual target, according to Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co.’ website.
It effectively reduced coal consumption, and aims to realize 35,000 tonnes of lead production this year. Zinc recycling rate is planned to rise 0.5%, with the rate for lead recycling up to 0.83%.
The company has operated near capacity, and put emphasis on innovation and reform.
