Minmetals Resources Copper Company’s 100,000-tpy copper project is expected to yield its first refined copper output in June.

SHANGHAI, May 27 (SMM) – Minmetals Resources Copper Company’s 100,000-tpy copper project is expected to yield its first refined copper output in June, SMM learns.

The project will use some copper ore from Las Bambas mine, and mainly supply to South China and Hunan Province. It produced its first anode copper on May 14.
